Entrepreneurship: Our knowledge and experience from consulting projects is also used when supporting startups. We try to accelerate their business, bring them to market and help them grow successfully.
But also when it comes to new concepts in large corporations as well as creating spin-offs, entrepreneurship plays an important role. We then not only act as consultants but as entrepreneurs within the company. (intrapreneurship)
As directors of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), a startup incubator, our managing directors have helped 250 startups and young entrepreneurs to proceed with their ventures. They have built up an international network of investors, entrepreneurs and industry partners.

This start-up represents many other young companies that require support in various fields.
Our focus in the first place was on their potential customers. Why should they buy the start-up’s product? Thus we altered the setup of the software and adapted the functionality and visuals. We then developed together with the team a new concept for the market entry. Because young teams often need also internal organizational support, we had helped with coaching and project management. And when the required financials were not fully covered by sales we had organized meetings with investors and prepared the team for the negotiations.
Like large corporations, the start-ups can profit from our huge network and consulting partners.
